Energy Node

Mount Kailash

India

Overview

Mount Kailash is considered the spiritual axis mundi of Asia, a cosmic pillar connecting earth to heaven whose energy radiates outward in all directions. The mountain emanates an overwhelming field of sacred authority that pilgrims circumambulating its base describe as simultaneously crushing and liberating. Its unclimbed status preserves an intact energetic sovereignty rare on Earth, a place where human ego cannot assert dominion over divine presence.

History, Archaeology & Significance

Mount Kailash is a 6,638-meter peak in the remote Transhimalaya range of western Tibet, sacred to over a billion people across Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism, and the Bon tradition. Hindus revere it as the abode of Lord Shiva, Buddhists associate it with Buddha Demchok, and Jains consider it the site where their first prophet achieved liberation. Despite being lower than surrounding peaks, no human has ever climbed its summit, as all attempts have been blocked by religious opposition and international agreements.

Rory's Field Notes

One of the world's few 1st Order nodes. Two pairs of Emperor Dragons (Type 5 lines) pass through here – making it one of the most powerful sacred sites on Earth. One pair of these lines runs West-Southwest into Pakistan through the ancient site of Mehrgarh, 1,400km away. Mountain-top intersections of Type 4 major earth energy lines are known to be connected to the Sun. The unclimbed status of this peak may preserve its intact energetic sovereignty.
