Stone Circle

Gorafe Megalithic Park

Andalucía, Spain

Overview

The hundreds of stone graves at Gorafe are deliberately positioned on two of the most powerful low frequency energy lines – the Emperor Dragons that run across southern Spain. One main energy line runs through the northern group of graves and the other through the southern group. It is as though the ancient people specifically chose to be buried on these energy lines, suggesting they understood the relationship between earth energy and consciousness transition at death.

History, Archaeology & Significance

Gorafe Megalithic Park in Andalucía contains over 240 dolmens and stone graves dating from approximately 3000-2500 BC, making it one of the largest concentrations of megalithic funerary monuments in Europe. The tombs are arranged in groups at either end of a deep gorge valley, aligned along specific orientations. Archaeological excavations have revealed grave goods including pottery, flint tools, and personal ornaments indicating a complex society with beliefs about the afterlife.
