Overview
Bath's thermal springs carry intense healing energy from deep within the earth, with the water rising from over 2 kilometres below the surface, absorbing mineral and energetic properties on its journey upward. The site generates a powerful field of renewal and purification that has drawn seekers for over ten thousand years. Visitors experience the waters as deeply restorative on multiple levels, dissolving physical tension while simultaneously clearing emotional and energetic blockages. The merging of Celtic and Roman sacred traditions created a uniquely potent spiritual signature that continues to emanate from the springs, connecting bathers to the goddess consciousness of Sulis.

History, Archaeology & Significance
The Roman Baths at Bath (Aquae Sulis) were constructed around 60 AD over natural hot springs that produce over one million litres of water daily at 46 degrees Celsius. The Romans built an elaborate bathing complex and temple dedicated to Sulis Minerva, combining the Celtic goddess Sulis with the Roman Minerva, recognizing the site's pre-existing sacred status. Archaeological excavations have recovered thousands of votive offerings, curse tablets, and coins thrown into the sacred spring. The King's Bath spring has been in continuous use for at least 10,000 years, with Mesolithic flint tools found in the spring sediments. The Georgian city later developed around the springs, creating the elegant architectural setting visible today.
Rory's Field Notes
Hot spring rises precisely on a Type 5 crossing. The King's Spring chamber remains one of Britain's most potent meditation spots. Bath was one of the first cities mapped for Earth Energy lines. Three different linear sound frequencies cross the centre – Type 3, Type 2 and Type 1 lines. The most powerful Type 4 lines also pass through. Moon Phase lines in particular cause many people physical and mental health problems – on one map alone they probably affect over 1000 people in the city.
